500g fresh spaghetti
40ml pure olive oil
250g fresh green prawns, peeled and deveined
Small block parmesan cheese
To garnish baby basil leaves
  1. Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions, reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid. Rinse spaghetti and drain well.
  2. Heat a frying pan over a medium high heat, add half the oil and when hot add the prawns, cooking for 2 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through.
  3. Add ¾ of the Obela Basil Pesto, Pecorino and Cashews Deli Style Dip and reserved cooking liquid. Toss to combine.
  4. To serve, divide pasta between 4 serving bowls, allowing for 5-6 prawns per serve. Combine the remaining pesto with remaining oil and drizzle over the pasta. Finish with shaved parmeasan and fresh basil leaves.
